Brand Overview

Anastasia’s classic stencils serve as a guide for shaping and tweezing, which can be helpful for those who are new to brow grooming. The stencils are made of flexible plastic so they can bend with the curvature of your brow area and they are durable enough to use repeatedly. There are five stencils of varying shapes; if you’re new to brow grooming you likely will need help deciding between Petite Arch, Slim High Arch, Medium Arch, High Arch, and Full Arch. Things get a bit more complicated because although the stencils give you a good idea of how to shape brows, they may not fit your eyebrow shape exactly, as everyone’s brows are a little different (and no two brows are 100% identical). This isn’t a bad product, but you might be better off spending your money on a professional brow specialist who can help you find the most flattering brow shape for your face. Then, if desired, you can consider using the Stencils for maintenance at home.

Anastasia Beverly Hills At-a-Glance

The Anastasia Beverly Hills product line was developed by "definitive eyebrow expert" Anastasia Soare, a woman who owns a chic Beverly Hills salon and has styled and shaped the brows of a number of celebrities. Though her namesake product line features lip, cheek, and complexion products, what sets the brand apart is the wide selection of brow-grooming products and their impressive shade range for natural-looking brows. Many of the products cater to those who are new to brow shaping (including a brow stencil set), and, depending on your local department store, you may even be able to schedule an appointment with an Anastasia brow specialist who can show you the way, following the company founder's famous Golden Ratio.
