Brand Overview

This body lotion is medicated in part with the irritant menthol. The silicone content and inclusion of skin-identical ingredient glycerin are great, but the overall formula is lacking and the inclusion of menthol makes this a terrible option for all skin types. Menthol shouldn’t be applied over large areas of skin on daily basis, if at all.

Jar Packaging: No
Tested on animals: No

When youve got really itchy, dry or chapped skin get the Triple Action Relief of Extra Strength Gold Bond Medicated Lotion. Its strong cooling sensation soothes the itch and relieves the irritation, as it moisturizes and protects your skin.

Gold Bond At-A-Glance

Gold Bond is a staple at drugstores due to their small selection of body lotions, anti-itch products, and various foot-care products. Though there are a number of Gold Bond products containing the potent irritant menthol (particularly its foot care and "medicated" products), in recent years Gold Bond has taken great strides and now offers some impressive moisturizers that are fairly priced, too.
