Charlotte Tilbury nailed it with the genius design of Brow Lift Three-Way Shape, Lift & Shade Tool! It features a retractable brow pencil along with a spoolie brush to groom hairs, and a highlighting powder to polish off the look. Everything you need for perfectly sculpted brows all in one, easy to use tool!
Brow Lift's brow pencil alone is enough to earn our praise for its precise, smooth application. It has a perfectly balanced consistency (not overly creamy nor too stiff) that allows you to build color without overdoing it. It's angular, tapered shape allows for intricate detail or quick and easy applications, depending on how much effort you feel like putting in.
The "supermodel inspired" shades work well for a variety of hair colors—whether you're a supermodel or not. "Cara D" is the go-to shade for dark brown to black hair, "Brooke S" is the medium shade ideal for dark blonde to medium brown hair, and "Grace K" is a light taupe shade which Tilbury recommends for those with blonde, light brown or red hair. Each offers natural-looking color and wears well throughout the day.
If you untwist the middle of the pencil, you'll also find a highlight powder hidden away with a small, flexible sponge tip applicator. The shimmering champagne color works beautifully to highlight under brow's arch or anywhere else that you want to use it (perhaps the inner corner of eyes?).
Last, but not least, we can't forget the spoolie brush—it's a basic, but handy tool for combining unruly brows into place.
We've gotta hand it to Charlotte Tilbury—the woman knows how to do a brow pencil like no other, and as a nice aside, both the pencil and highlighter are fragrance free. Although, this is on the higher end of price points for brow products, its multi-tasking benefits help justify the splurge-worthiness!
Charlotte Tilbury created her 3-in-1 Eyebrow Pencil to give your brows a lift, shape and dimension. Inspired by the supermodel brow of the '90s, the pencil was designed to square off your brows at the inner corners, taper into a perfect arch and finally finish in a fine point.

Charlotte Tilbury At-A-Glance
Charlotte Tilbury’s journey into creating her own makeup line began back in her teen years when she discovered the transformative power of makeup. Fast-forward several years and celebrity clients later, Tilbury made a name for herself as a makeup artist who epitomized the glamorous beauty of the supermodel era in the 90’s. Along the way, she became a consultant for beauty brands, and eventually decided to create her own line of makeup and select skincare products in 2013.
One of the strong suits of Charlotte Tilbury’s makeup is her take on color. The woman knows her way around flattering a complexion and making features pop, and you can see that in her shade range. That doesn’t mean you won’t find some misses along the way, but as a whole, the line offers an impressive selection of color.
Tilbury’s skincare, on the other hand, doesn’t fare quite as well. Between the use of jar packaging and some highly fragranced formulas, skin is left compromised (see individual reviews for details).
In no small way Tilbury’s years of painting beautiful faces has helped shape what her makeup line is today. If you don’t mind the $$$ factor, it’s worth taking a look at the standouts which earn our highest rating.
Strengths: Excellent color selection; natural-looking foundation and concealer.
Weaknesses: The iconic Magic Cream comes in a jar; some highly fragranced formulas.
