| Cream Shadow Paint deserves your attention if you’re seeking an alternative to powder eyeshadows or are a fan of M.A.C.’s Paint. While not an identical formula, the packaging and performance are the same. That means long-wearing, shine-infused cream eyeshadow that has enough slip to be blendable without sliding all over your eye area. Although the H.I.P. line is known for bolder hues, the shade selection of this product doesn’t follow suit. There’s a shimmering gunmetal gray shade, but the rest are softer, neutral colors that work well as base shades or mixed (and you can use this formula with powder eyeshadows). Whether used alone or with other eyeshadows, Cream Shadow Paint does not crease and is only prone to minimal fading. L’Oreal’s packaging for this product includes a case with a reservoir to mix colors, plus a workable synthetic eyeshadow brush. Bravo! |
