| Foundation Primer is a thin, lightweight cream-gel that contains some antioxidants whose effects are counteracted by too many fragrant extracts. It’s supposed to contain light-reflecting ingredients that protect the skin, but it doesn’t (unless you consider the emollient shine from the finish protecting). It is a good, simple, matte-finish moisturizer for someone with slightly oily skin, but that’s about it. It does not, as claimed, “act as a buffer to outside elements,” especially when you consider that the major outside element is sunlight. |
