| Clarifying Lotion 2 is an alcohol-based toner that also contains witch hazel and menthol. The Clinique salespeople may claim that the alcohol is “cosmetics-grade,” which sounds nice but doesn’t make this product any less irritating. The alcohol this contains will trigger oil production in the pore lining. |
