| This brow tint is sort of a non-permanent marker pen for brows. Rather than a pencil or powder, it’s a liquid housed in a pen-style component with a synthetic brush applicator affixed. The fine-tipped brush allows you to place color between brow hairs for emphasis and definition. It’s a fast-drying formula that supplies sheer, buildable color that lasts. I’d consider this an ingenious alternative to standard brow makeup if only the two shades were better. Both brunette-themed shades have a reddish-orange cast that limits their appeal. But, if one of these shades works for you, this is definitely worth considering. |
